System ----> Chart of Accounts ---> List Accounts
If it really doesn't show up using those clicky links, then you have to
adjust your permissions. I know you can change the name of the accounts,
I've done it a few times.

This is a bank account and displays in Reports -> Chart of Accounts,

not in System -> Bank Accounts. Strange, but true. If the account
appeared
in the latter list I could edit it.
