Rich The account description need to be changed in chart of accounts.
Select System > Chart of Accounts > List Accounts Click on Account No to give account details Change name as required For the account to appear in your bank accounts, select the Receivable, Payments option at the bottom left of the screen. Press save Account should now appear in your bank accounts list with modified description.
