Rich,
You can not change the name of your Bank Accounts from System --->
Bank Accounts. You have to be able to get into your Chart of Accounts
(submenu in blue) from the System (Menu in blue) and the click on the
Chart of Accounts (submenu in blue) and then look at your options, you
should (assuming full access) see a list that has (and in brown):
Add Account
List Accounts
Translations
Add GIGI
List GIFI
If this list doesn't look right you need to go into the Admin interface
and upgrade your permissions. In my company I have admin rights, I'm
clicked for sales, and I have full permissions for everything (meaning I
can really screw things up since I don't know what some of it does, lol)

I don't have such columns. There's Account, GIFI, Description,
Debit, and
Credit.
On the System -> Bank Accounts page there's Account, Description, Bank,
IBAN, BIC, Member No., RVC, and DCN.
