That's why you should've put in in \mysql (but that's probably the
installers fault, not yours)

Anyway, you can either use C:\progra~1\mysql\mysqls~1\bin or just surround
your original one with double quotes.
Eitherway, you'll want to prefix what you write with the cd command so that
it knows you're changing the directory.

Alternatively, yes - there are some GUI tools, but for some reason they're
not well advertised. MySQL Administrator and MySQL Query Browser are both
useful:
