I tried that and it just says that location is unavailable.

Yes, I was referring to that prog above. Someone said to enter 
localhost/admin/no password and then I can create a db in it, but it gives 
access denied for user [EMAIL PROTECTED] (password: No). A google seemed to 
indicate a password issue or something, so I reinstalled the server and still 
does the same.

Ideas?
