I'm a Windows (followed by Unix then VMS) guy and I use Outlook to view my
email.
Can I recommend you try viewing via Gmane instead then? Point outlook at the Usenet News server news.gmane.org and you can find the SQLite list in there.
You might find other lists easier to track this way too.
