With 7.8 you create 3 folders. FLAC, MP3, now - point LMS at now & FLAC. Everything you currently have goes in now. Everything that you rip to FLAC goes into FLAC. MP3 is for copies of the FLAC stuff that you make for smart phones etc. You just don't point LMS at mp3
