Separate folders s a good idea and some use of shortcuts if necessary . 3 folders is a good minimum .
A lossless folder , an MP3 duplicate folder and finally a MP3 only folder ( for those lossy files not existing as flac ). LMS can use several different folders . So it would use the lossles folder and the MP3 only folder . Other software can use the MP3 duplicates folder and the MP3 only folder .
