Ok, I actually set all the file types to play native and disabled the other settings. Restarted the server and logging. It played perfectly so far.
I looked through the logs and wav is being converted to PCM. What is the best setting in file types? Is native not the best choice? Thank you again for all the help everyone has given me with a special thanks to bpa for hanging in there and doing a deep dive into my problem. I look forward to your response about what the best file type settings are.
