The bizarre thing is that I had the very same problem on my previous Win10 PC and I solved it by adding a duplicate entry for the squeeze tray app in the startup group. However, I tried this on the new PC and it made no difference.
As a last resort, I'm going to take your advice and download the latest version of LMS - and see what happens. Thanks for replying.
