The log file says "server aborted scan" - which usually means you (or somebody else) hit the "abort scan" button.
Please enable debug logging for all scan.* related options, re-run a full scan and leave it alone until it finishes/crahses, whatever. Then upload the zipped scanner.log and server.log files.
