scanner.log is empty
This just doesn't make sense. There should always be a timestamp when the scan starts.
What about server.log?I've asked this before: what plugins do you have enabled? Unless it's already enabled, could you make sure Fulltext Search is there? Then re-run the scan. Would the scanner.log still be empty?
