Thanks for the suggestion ! I unplugged the wifi card (didn't manage to unplug the antenna wires - not sure if possible) but to no avail. What I notice also is that if I wiggle the 5V power plug in the Squeezebox, I can trigger a reboot as well, so it looks like a bad contact. However, while the Squeezebox was open, I could not really seen anything wrong with the soldering and such. Now trying to find a 5V-2A power supply in the house to test with.
