While making matters better ! I have never (knowingly) experienced the issue, and can't add anything of value. The actual bug report referred to is here: http://bugs.slimdevices.com/show_bug.cgi?id=17571 Were I investigating, I might set the 'Asynchronous DNS Logging' log level to 'debug' and see if there is some correlation between log entries and DNS failures. Might be a bit noisy, though, 'debug' seems to be the only active level for this particular logger. Perhaps you have already done this.
