The issue with my NAS is sorted thanks to the great ReadyNAS community. Apparently something messed up either my apache configuration or Perl setup. My NAS issues started right after my issues with LMS. It is quite possible that the two issues where linked. Anyway, as a result i won't be running LMS on my NAS anymore. I have it installed on a RPI that was already running HomeBridge. So all is up and running again. Thank you for your support!
