Some help would be appreciated please. I took the plunge and upgraded to LMS 8 yesterday. I tried it first on my work PC which upgraded fine so thought I would try it at home. I am experiencing longer than expected start up times when launching/restarting the server as well as greatly extended scan times which are not completing. The current scan has been running for 2 hours 16 minutes and is currently stuck on database optimize (1/2). The system seems to scan -fairly- quickly until the artist scan when things really slow down. Despite several rescans I have not been able to get past the database optimize phase and whilst the system is working it is frustrating that something which used to take next to no time previously is not now being completed. I upgraded to Windows 10 in January after using LMS with Windows Home Server 2011. Using LMS with WHS2011 was a great experience. Start up times were quick as was scanning. When I upgraded to Windows 10 Pro I noticed straight away longer start up times (despite having increased RAM from 8Gb to 16Gb). Database Memory Config is set to High. My system is as follows: Intel Core 4690K 3.50 GHz 16GB RAM Windows 10 Pro Logitech Media Server Version: 8.0.0 - 1583405189 @ Thu Mar 5 12:12:50 WEST 2020 Hostname: ******************* IP: 192.168.x.xx HTTP Port: 9000 OS: Windows 10 - EN - cp1252 Platform: 8664 Perl Version: 5.14.1 - MSWin32-x86-multi-thread Audio::Scan: 0.95 IO::Socket::SSL: 2.024 Database Version: DBD::SQLite 1.58 (sqlite 3.22.0) Total Players Recognized: 10 Library statistics are not currently being displayed in the control panel and those displayed in Material don't resemble the true picture. I have installed Spotty v3.99.9 as well as the Online Music Library Integration v1.0 plugins which are functioning correctly and nicely display my Spotify albums with my local library. Any suggestions please regarding start up times and scanning times? Thanks in anticipation...
