HLS stream via HLS plugin will be interesting as it will use a different
Perl module for handling http & TLS than the "normal". Also since HLS
uses small usually 3-6 secs fragments so if duration is an issue it will
be bypassed.

https shouldn't be the issue as the stream start playing. Awhile ago, on
Windows this sort of problem (I.e. one version of LMS is OK and another
not) was typical of security s/w "examining" network data.
