I've uninstalled that plugin for the time being.
There seems to be a lot going on with the trackstat & custom scan. Non Logitech Plugins are Auto Dim Display BBC iplayer/extra/sounds Blanksaver Client cleanup Custom Scan Licence manager Playlist Manager Powersave Radiofeeds Saverswitcher Sleepfade Synch options The Synchroniser Trackstat. This was a 'clean' install with no prefs or anything carried over from the previous machine.
