Then I added a few playlists and did a rescan. Once again it hangs at the albums part of building text index.
Oh, I think there's been an issue with iTunes exporting a playlist with all "Downloaded" or similar files. Please check settings for the iTunes plugin and enter all playlist names you don't want to install, or which have thousands of tracks in them.
