There are some (old) CUE sheets in the directory, but none relates to
the affected songs. I don't know how to verify there's no embedded CUE
sheet in a FLAC file.
I also checked some of the double songs: the location and other metadata
is exactly the same. No mention of CUE, too.
Also: at first everything is all right. Only after I played an album and
the subsequent scan of new music, the double appears - sometimes. I did
nothing in terms of tagging or ripping in the mean time.

Another strange fact: I just played an album with such a double. The
metadata for 'times played' (something like that, I use the Dutch
language in the interface) was at first '4', and after the second
instance of the double started playing this changed into '5' for both
instances.
