So, it's uploading to your Dropbox now. Some of the files to look for: 02. Abandonitis.flac, 06. Arrow of Time (I-II-III-IV-V-VI-VII).flac, 02. What is Time.flac. The last one appears 5 times!
Ok, that's indeed different from the CUE sheet issues we've seen before. Those entries are absolutely identical except for the added/updated time stamp. Is something changing those files in the background?
I'd suggest you start with a full wipe & rescan. Then please check your server.log file for any error (feel free to send it to me). I wonder whether there's a problem with the index, causing LMS not to find it, adding it over and over again.
