What happens if a user already has Unreliable installed and "use unsupported extensions" checked and also upgrades LMS to 8.2 ?
"unsupported" here means plugins which are no longer supported by their author, thus have an outdated maxVersion, BUT have been added to a list of known-to-work outdated plugins. Reliable is not on that list, thus should not be enabled by the above option.
But philippe44 probably needs to update the plugin to be smarter, eg. to disable itself if it figures out it is already installed on 8.2.
