You seem (to me, at any rate) to be going about this the wrong way.

First; get a free Tidal trial account, I am currently in the midst of a
three month trial which (might ) cost me £5. Throughout this year I have
swapped from one trial to another :)

Make sure you select the correct trial (HIFI)

Install the Tidal Desktop on a computer, connect the Dragonfly and check
that it works. spend some tim getting used to the Tidal set up for
streaming.

The Tidal Plugin for LMS is installed by Default, activate your
subscription at Mysqueezebox.com.

Test Tidal on a squeezebox

Then play with the Dragonfly and a raspberrypi as a player.

I have set up a Tidal-Connect instance on a rpi3b+ but it is using a
deprecated install method. Volumio offers full MQA playback to a
suitable device for a yearly fee (there is a trial period)

I do not know of any rpi HAT which offers MQA
