Hm, ok. At the roonlabs forum you can maybe also find some interesting findings. But indeed most are about Tidal streams as you in that case simply have no other choice than accept that mqa file. There it was indeed mentioned that some mqa flag seemed still present, in the suppossedly stripped to flac version, allowing the Dragonfly led to light up. Interesting what the Dragonfly than actually will do... I would guess it can not unfold, as that data would be gone, but maybe indeed adjust some filter settings.
