Still no joy I'm afraid
I can see it in Explorer but when I try to access it, I get:
Windows cannot access \\PI3MUSIC\Pi3Music
Diagnostics say maybe the name is misspelled.

I've plugged the USB drive directly into the PC & it's called Seagate
4Tb but Samba won't allow that name as it has a space in it.
Does the HDD have to be plugged into the Pi3 or could I point LMS to a
PC connected drive? I know I'd have to have the PC on to play music
(wanted a stand alone sys) but is that a workaround?

I really appreciate your help, BTW!
