I mean when you import the tags there is a column that says comments... if these are blank then try adding some comments and running export tags... then import tags and see if the edits are preserved. assuming that is the case, the problem must be that EAC is not using the same comments tag as dbpoweramp which this program was tested against. the FlactagViewer app can show the name of all the tags inside the file... The one being used for comments in exceltagger is "DESCRIPTION".
