Actually, there may be a down side to this. If Napster is pricing their service below their own costs, which seems likely from what I have read about the ongoing news on the record companies royalty demands, Napster may be not only attempting to put Rhapsody out of business, but may be inadvertently putting itself out of business as well.
There may also be anti-trust implications if Napster is indeed engaged in below-cost predatory pricing. This is all speculation on my part.
