I only used the 30-day free trials of Rhapsody and Napster, and
concluded that the reliability problems of each were enough of a problem
that for me it wasn't worth paying around USD 13/month for either
service. YMMV. If I recall correctly, the Napster interface was a bit
clunkier than the Rhapsody interface. I don't know about total library
sizes, but they were about equal in having the albums that I was looking
for, although Rhapsody might have had a slight edge there for my
tastes.

But this new Napster deal does look like quite a bargain. At that price
I'm sure I'll give Napster another chance, and hold it to a lower
standard.
