I'm considering Rhapsody for the higher bitrate service but I currently use Napster and am not experiencing any performance or useability issues. I use the Napster client to manage my library and it works fine. I still run SC 7.2 because I think it works best with my controller so I can't access the service from SC, only SN. The only minor irritation I have is that after adding new music to my libary, it sometimes may take several minutes to show up in the SN interface.
