I've subscribed to Rhapsody for several years, and have had almost no reliability issues in about 3 years that weren't due to issues with my own network. The worst thing about Rhapsody is the interface and the crappy search function -- for classical music, especially.
A few months ago there there was a problem with streaming through the Squeezebox, but it was fixed relatively quickly by Logitech. Otherwise, it's been great.
