I've been playing with Napster during my 30 day trial a bit now, and performance is better...
$5/mo is pretty difficult to ignore... Even if performance is spotty once in a while... For me, music is not "mission critical"...If the service is down occasionally, I can always switch over to my local MP3 library... It would have to be an "occasional" issue though...if it was too often, it wouldn't be worth the frustration... I'll continue to monitor...
