In what way? I doubt there's a line item in the Pennsylvania state or Philadelphia city budgets for WHYY, but feel free to prove me wrong. If you're referring to the tax subsidies from donations being tax deductible, then the same argument could be made about any 501(c)(3) corp, thousands of which you or I may not like to support.
