Depends on how you define reliable. I use Rhapsody for about 80% of my listening and very seldom have any problems connecting. Even when I do it's usually a Rhapsody problem, for example pulling back an artist that I was listening to yesterday. My Transporter is wired and my Boom is wireless and I run a local copy of SBS. What does your configuration look like? Do you have a problem with other wireless networks nearby, cordless phones or microwave ovens running?
