I too am having troubles with Rhapsody on my SB Duet. Just moments ago, I decided to cancel my subscription because of this. I then thought Id search this sight first, thinking I have something set up incorrectly and I might find a solution. I enjoy Rhapsody when it works, but it only works about 50% of the time for me and I just end up listening to Pandora, which NEVER gives me trouble.
The troubles I am having, I do not believe are connection or network related. For instance, just this morning I grabbed my remote and hit Rhapsody, picked the channel I wanted to listen to and the SB controler did its thing. The song buffered like normal, the art popped up and then the status bar started moving. No sound though. This is the same problem I have continually. I have tried powering the controller down, then back on, as well as the player, but that does not appear to help. About the only way I can get Rhapsody to play is to shut down SB on my server, restart and go through the motions with the controller. Having to go through all this pretty much defeats the whole reason I have a SB, and that is convenience. If anyone has any advice or tips to try to resolve this problem, I would love to hear them. Otherwise, Im canceling Rhapsody.
