Were you using the actual Rhapsody player? If not, try that and see if it streams o.k. without going through any Squeeze stuff.
Finally, can you switch how you're listening to Pandora/radio stations/Rhapsody over to MySqueezebox.com using the Duet Controller? That'd be what you'd do to be able listen to radio stations/Pandora/Rhapsody, etc. if your server was off (the main difference with this configuration being that you just wouldn't be able to listen to your music collection that's stored on your PC). Trying to isolate whether the issue is with Rhapsody, in general, or if it's just with Rhapsody when playing through the Squeezebox server.
