Update to the situation: I can get a brand new vortexbox working with a 3 year old account. Players shows up in mysb apps show up and play. I remove the player and try to tie it to a new account (4 days old). The player DOES show up in mysb but the apps tied to this new account DO NOT show up in my gui.
