In our case, this is a really big deal.  Our player MAC's are unique and
the player UUID is unique, the player is registered on mysqueezebox.com,
but there are no configured apps showing up on LMS.  Therefore, we
cannot access those services via the LMS.  It looks like something else
has changed (either an introduced issue or by design) to keep this from
working.  

We've been weary of reliance on mysqueezebox.com for some time, and have
been working on removing that dependency for some time now, but we are
not there yet.  The fact that this switch just flipped on us in
potentially a killer for us.  All hands on deck!

As I understand the logic of the change, we're begging for either a
temporary rollback or quick fix to get us back up and running.  We need
a grace period for this transition, as without this grace period, we may
be doomed.
