Sounds like the player is already registered to another MySB.com account
(which would be odd for a new player).

1.  Verify your MySB.com login info is correct on LMS > Settings >
MySB.com

2.  If needed, might need to call Logitech support with your players MAC
address, they can delete from bad account, add to your account
