Seems that I have had an issue too with Tidal authentication.
I tried several times in several browsers yesterday. I wanted to detail
out my issue so I did every step again and now its working.
Maybe its just a matter of time?

What I did:
1. open www.mysqueezebox.com account
2. Detected Tidal login was removed and re-added the Tidal account 
3. It asked me for my login and password (Tidal screens)
4. Restarted LMS to ensure the new account was validated
5. Open LMS page (IP:9000) and click Tidal icon and no valid
authentication message appeared.

Until today becuase its working now!
