I have no problem at all, using hotmail thru 2.5Stable1 and 2.5Stable2. On what OS are you using squid (version etc) ? Are you using transp. proxying ? Verify problem, preferrably with different browsers : Mozilla - Netscape - IE (e.g.). To exclude that in the problem analysis path, you are not confronted with a browser issue.
