I have also installed the debugger plugin, but am not getting to know how to use it. I don't know php at all. Do you want to see bincimap logs? Apache error.log shows nothing unusual. Now when I send a message which has a mail filter rule attached, I get that message in Inbox, Inbox/temp 3-4 times.
