Just so you know; Reverting back to SquirrelMail/1.4.5 [CVS] solved it. Maybe that helps.
By the way; I always need to patch files because of the enormous message-ID-length and header-slack created by the Delivery class files etc. It would be great if these parts were all optional. Personally I believe all those headers are a drag, and like to switch off "User Agent", as well as "Squirrelmail auth user" with the date and time added yet another useless time, in my opinion this is really too much.
