So the other programs are not needed?  I'm using the default install of
sendmail/fetchmail and Pine for mail.  If I can get by without having to
install the others, great!

Specifically, I'm getting a "access denied" error when trying to access
the web page..  (I'm trying to remember off the top of my head...my notes
are at home.)  I remember seeing something somewhere about a .htaccess
file, but I don't remember where.
