Cache create failure - bad code.

sqwebmail as part of qmail, mysql, vpopmail solution...

recently existing processes with the error being reported;

        sqwebmail: Cache create faiulure - bad code.

system has been working fine for some time, first time this has been notices, no
low disk space on any partitions...

Any ideas? If further system information is needed, tell me what is relavant and
will post.  Don't want to litter the list with a 500k post of text outputs if it
isn't necessary.
