I don't think it is. The most one can say based on this pedigree is that he 
might be in a better position to do it than the average drive-by slop-slinger, 
but it's still not organised in a way that takes into account the modalities of 
ingestion by the open-source organism.

There is a legitimate argument for adding a “distributor thread” to the TCP 
side of Kamailio (UDP already has this in 6.0+), versus just having forked 
processes nibble at the kernel trough. But this is not the way to do it. Large 
slop PRs of this nature are anti-collaborative; I don't care if Hawking or 
Einstein or Dijkstra wrote them.
