Buddhism is meant to be for people who are not duds. If they don't get it, they don't get it. There's no point trying to explain and make people understand especially if they're not in an open frame of mind. And some people who follow other religions are not open to anything else. This may even apply to ourselves.

Personally I feel that we should believe what we believe as Buddhists, because we know what is right to believe but its not fair to talk about other religions and what they do or not to do because I don't think Buddha has ever mentioned dis-respecting another's belief. 

They have their reasons to believe in the religion they're in and we should be able to be compassionate and we should be able to respect whatever reasoning it is behind it. 

We know Karma exists. And there are so many events that have occurred to prove it. What goes around, comes around. Tic for tac. However you say it, its the same for every being. 

And so we leave it at that. Because people must realize it themselves.

You are totally wrong, when you say "non of the religion tell you to do harm in your life". You are trying to use Buddhism as a "yardstick" to measure other religions. I seriously advise you to go and study the "principles" of other religions, specially the principles of "Islam". Then you will see daytime stars. When you read other religion books, make sure you do not read their "Promotional books". Read the source books, such as a Koran, Sunna  and hadith etc.

While you commented with your half baked knowledge,  did you know what Koran has taught it's followers against the Apostates ( Those who leave Islam) ? It says, if any follower decides to leave Islam, the other followers must warn the Apostate ( the one who left Islam) to come back and embrace Islam. Then if he doesn't come back, then behead him, kill him.  And the follower who Kills the apostate will be guaranteed by Allh that the door of the "Heaven" will be widely opened for the person who slaughtered ( killed) the apostate and he will be offered 72 virgins who will be waiting for him in the Heaven.

So, still you think that you can use "Buddhism" as a yardstick to measure the nature of other religions???

   Buddhism is not a religion its a philosophy . there is no rules & regulation for the Buddhism. Some religion there is a rules . like Islam they definitely go to church every Friday. Catholic people go to church every  Sunday  . like those rules for the people. But Buddhist people doesn’t have any rules for coming temple or worshipped.
