Surely you can just namespace an element then instead of just an attribute to accomplish that? As far as I can see whether its an attribute or an element is just semantics, as long as its appropriately namespace'd it doesn't really affect the core protocol.Yes, similar, except I'd like to hang extra elements off it, instead of extra attributes.
