Hang on there. Me and ol' StarMax here are from GB. We just live in France we speeky the englo!! I have a 9.2.2 disk, not sure I can shove it in with OS 8.1 running to be over written and hope the step is not tooooo steep!? Yet if it will run on 9.2.2 that is good news, and I am that much further down the road!
Anyway. I have a pro forma which is laying about doing nothing and has a network card in it so do you think that will do the trick? I however know what you may mean about loading frog software. I made a grave error in being persuaded to load wanadoo off a wanadoo diskand am still paying dearly for it, despite a initial hell of a time sorting it out. If you have a mac in France beware (read Clone as well) as the french know extremely little yet are obliged by nature to bull shit you in the face convincingl. French telecom staff do not really know how there own phones work, so questions on and about Wanadoo forget it!! Thank you for the page reference!
