there is a good Web site with lots of tools for stone carving, including
files and rasps, called "The Compleat Sculptor" (do a search on Infoseek to
find out the precise address, sorry). Yes there are special files and rasps
for working stone, those for wood won't do. There are many shapes and sizes.
