Summary:
Looks like the qlc driver is online and ready.
The LV driver does the login for the nameserver and then stops doing anything
else. Someone from the Leadville team is going to have to investigate this one.

llw: LV doesn't appear to try to login to any devices. We would expect
this behavior when the zoning is not correct, or when the switch is misbehaving.
